Yonex Ezone Alpha SL Blast Blue

At 245 g the Alpha SL is the most manoeuvrable racket in the EZONE family. It suits strong juniors and beginners. With so little weight, a less experienced player, or anyone after an easy frame, can settle the stroke mechanics without fighting the racket.

Mass sits toward the head at a 340 mm balance, and the light frame keeps its power. The head, 100 sq in, is powerful and stable, and the open 16x18 pattern spins the ball well. Minolon in the throat softens the feel at impact, while a flexible mesh wrapped around the graphite in the handle filters vibration. The isometric head shape gives more comfortable contact than a traditional oval.
