Privacy policy
Version of 2 November 2026
What information about you the online store FAICHAK STORE receives, why, who it passes it to and what your rights are. The policy follows the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”. This is a translation: if it differs from the Ukrainian version, the Ukrainian one applies.
Who processes your data
The controller of your personal data is Sole proprietor Vladyslav Serhiiovych Faichak, taxpayer number 3810808557.
For anything about your data, write to vfaichak1@gmail.com, message @vfaichak on Telegram or call +380 95 066 77 24.
What the site receives
The site has no sign-up, no account and no forms to fill in. It uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
- Your cart is kept only in your browser. It does not reach us until you send the order yourself.
- The site’s fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser passes its IP address and technical request data to Google. Google processes them under its own privacy policy.
What we receive when you order
An order is sent as a message on Telegram, Viber or WhatsApp. We receive:
- what your messenger account shows: your name, username and phone number;
- what you order;
- for delivery: the recipient’s name, phone number, town and branch or address;
- for payment: the payer’s name and the details the bank shows with the payment.
We do not ask for or keep payment card details.
Why
- To take and fulfil your order: check stock, confirm the price, receive payment and ship the goods.
- To contact you about your order, an exchange, a return or a warranty claim.
- To meet the seller’s legal duties: bookkeeping and tax reporting.
We send no newsletters or advertising and do not sell your data.
On what grounds
Making and performing the sales contract you are a party to, and the seller’s duties under the law (Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”).
Who we pass your data to
Only those without whom the order cannot be fulfilled, and only the part they need:
- the delivery service: the recipient’s name, phone number, town and branch or address;
- the supplier, if it ships the goods from its own warehouse: the same delivery details;
- the bank: within your payment;
- public authorities: only when the law requires it.
Telegram, Viber and WhatsApp process your messages under their own rules.
How long we keep it
As long as the order, an exchange, a return or the warranty needs it, and as long as the law requires accounting records to be kept. Then we delete it.
How we protect it
Only the seller has access to your data. The site works over a secure HTTPS connection.
Your rights
