Yonex 08 Ezone Alpha L Blast Blue

The Ezone Alpha was made for the move up to a full-size 27-inch frame, for children aged 8 to 12 and recreational players. The series comes in three weights matched to stages of growth, and the L at 260 g sits in the middle, for someone who already plays a little and wants to progress. The heavier Alpha 100 weighs 275 g.

A widened isometric head gives a larger sweet spot. Nanocell Neo, a springy carbon, returns more energy into the shot. Minolon between the graphite sheets in the throat softens contact, and a VDM mesh wrapped around the graphite in the handle filters out vibration. The open 16x18 pattern takes spin readily. Factory strung.
