Wilson Ultra 100UL V5

260 g unstrung and a swingweight of 290: the Ultra 100UL hardly registers in the hand, and the swing is quick even for someone still learning the stroke. It suits beginners, teenagers on their first adult racket and players returning from injury. The low weight does not cost power, and the frame itself is the reason.

Power Grooves on the inside of the hoop let the strings flex deeper, and the ball leaves them livelier, taking spin more readily. In the Dual Taper Beam profile the taller section handles power and the slimmer one speed through the air. SI3D Layup tunes the flex of the hoop, Parallel Drilling evens out string tension, and Click & Go makes bumper changes easy.
