Yonex 08 VCORE 98 ruby red

The 98 sq in head is smaller than on the VCORE 100, and its response is more precise and predictable: at speed it is easier to put the ball where you aim. With 305 g balanced at 315 mm, the frame stays steady in hard exchanges. An intermediate or experienced player gets maximum spin with no compromise in control.

The isometric shape was widened at 10 and 2 o'clock, giving a sweet area 4% larger than the 07 VCORE. Even this compact head forgives a little more. The profile is more aerodynamic and thicker at key points. The grommet holes are wider for string movement and spin. Servo Filter film between the 2 NAMD FlexForce Graphite layers lets the frame flex and, with the mesh in the handle, damps vibration. POLYTOUR REV and Rexis suit it.
