The smallest head in the eighth-generation Vcore, 95 sq in, with a thin 22 mm beam all round: a frame for a high-level player who supplies the power and wants to know exactly where the ball goes. At 310 g unstrung the mass is there, but the 310 mm balance keeps it toward the handle.

The dense 16x20 pattern keeps the trajectory low, yet spin is not lost: the string holes in this generation are slightly stretched horizontally, giving the strings room to move. The top of the isometric head was widened, and the sweet spot is 4% larger than on the 07 Vcore. Servo Filter, 2G-Namd Flex Force and VDM damp vibration and lengthen dwell time. It ships without strings, and Polytour Rev or Rexis are recommended.
