Tecnifibre TF-X1 V2 255

The lightest of the TF-X1 V2 range: 255 g, a 330 mm balance and a 645 cm² head accelerate easily, and the 16x19 pattern adds power and spin. Heavier versions exist at 275 g (105 sq in head), 298 g and 305 g.

The frame is stiff to keep impact energy from leaking away, and X-DAMP deals with vibration: a steel element in an elastomer pocket in the handle moves against each hit and cuts harmful vibration by 36%. Isoflex stiffens the whole head and widens the playing zone for more forgiveness on off-centre shots, while the rounded head and reinforced sections add power and stability.
