Specifications
- String pattern
- 16x19
Yonex built the seventh-generation Vcore around spin: the new frame structure puts more rotation on the ball than the previous model while keeping the trajectory under control. A 25.3 mm beam at its widest adds easy power, while the open 16x19 layout lets the strings move and bite.
Of the two weights, the 280 g version with its 330 mm balance is quicker to whip through a topspin swing, while 300 g is steadier against a hard-hitting opponent. A standard 100 sq in string bed forgives imprecise contact. It is sold unstrung, with Polytour Rev, Polytour Pro or Rexis as suggested strings, and comes with a full cloth cover.
