Wilson Intrigue (21)

21 inches, for children aged 4-6. Height matters more than age: the size fits 110-112 cm, and a taller child is better off with a longer racket. It weighs 171 g on an aluminium frame.

It is meant for lighter balls, which bounce lower and slower than regular ones and give the child time to set up and finish the swing instead of flailing at the ball. Aluminium takes knocks against the court and the net well, and early sessions bring plenty of those.
