Head Radical Jr. (21) orange

180 g and 21 inches: the smallest racket in the Radical Jr. line, for a height of 100-112 cm, roughly ages 4 to 6. It is made for the low-compression balls children start with. They travel slower and bounce lower, giving time to get to the ball and swing.

The frame is aluminium. A Damp+ insert isolates impact and cuts the vibration that would otherwise reach the arm. If your child is tall for their age, go by centimetres rather than years. Once they outgrow it, the next size in the line is 23 inches and 215 g.
