Babolat Counter Origin

The Counter Origin from the Origin line keeps its mass near the handle, with a 260 mm balance. For a beginner that means a steady racket at the net, easy to get under the ball, and the head takes no effort to hold up even late in a session.

At 355 g it is not one of the lightest, but the low balance keeps that weight manageable. Hybrid Frame is the single listed technology on the carbon frame. Babolat rates it for beginners: a racket to learn the game with rather than one to tune to a style.
